Order processing
Orders usually ship within 3–5 business days. Holidays, product launches, sales and busy periods can add a little time. Business days don’t include weekends or holidays.

Shipping
Shipping rates and options are shown at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Orders over $75 ship free.

Orders arriving damaged
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the packaging
