Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from WTX Reserve Collection.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Due to the nature of our handcrafted home fragrance and body care products, we do not accept returns on used or opened products.

If your order arrives damaged, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund when appropriate.
